Marriage is something that is one of the most important things in a man and woman’s life and everybody wants to make the day memorable for the rest of their lives and to do that every event of that wedding should be perfect and one of the event is bridal shower. Now what is this bridal shower? It is a gift-giving party held for a bride-to-be in anticipation of her wedding which was originated in the 1890s and is today most common in many countries.
But organizing a bridal shower is not that easy as it looks it takes a good planning to create a wonderful bridal shower ceremony and to do that one should plan the ceremony just after the announcement of wedding date as bridal Shower should be a stress free, relaxing, fun, gift giving day for the bride to be. The Bridal Shower should be a day to just what the name implies, shower the bride and show her love and support. As it is the day of the bride so it’s very important that we should invite only selected people like our near and dear ones, the bridal Shower is typically thrown by the bridal party in conjunction with the mother of the bride. Close friends and family members could also host the shower. Next the timing of this event is very important, bridal shower should typically be planned one to two months before the actual wedding as, the wedding gets closer she’ll get busier.
Next question is determining its duration;a good time frame is usually estimated at two hours for the event. It is not too long and not to short.It allows people to still have time to do what they need to do with the rest of their day. Organizing the event in a proper place is also very important. We can rent a hall for this or can book bride’s favorite restaurant for this purpose. A shower is not a shower without at least a few games being played so we can browse the internet for a variety of games to play with the bride and the guest. We can decorate the event with banners, streamers and balloons. It is always nice to have prizes available for the winner or winners of the games you play.
